From the time you enter the door until the moment you leave, it’s always an ideal experience. The customer service is brilliant. Everyone is professional, super friendly, and kind. This was my first haircut since I moved to Lakeland. It was long overdue and my hair had been neglected. I was nervous to go somewhere new after having been to the same person back home for all my life. I got a shampoo and cut with Summer and she was phenomenal. She was so attentive to detail, was caring, understanding, welcoming, and gave me a beautiful haircut helping my hair to become healthy again. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!
