My name is Charline Belle Fulbright, and I am the proud owner of Belle La Vie Salon & Spa in Lakeland, Florida.

I was born in Nassau, Bahamas, and I am the proud daughter of two Haitian immigrants whose strength, work ethic, and resilience continue to inspire me every day. I have been blessed with 22 years of marriage to my husband, and together we have one beautiful son and a bonus daughter who bring so much joy to my life.

For over 18 years, I have dedicated my career to the beauty industry, specializing in luxury hair color, corrective color services, balayage, and custom hair extension transformations. I am also a certified extension specialist in up to 10 different types of hair extension methods, allowing me to create fully customized, seamless, and long-lasting transformations for every guest. My passion has always been creating looks that are not only beautiful, but also tailored to each guest’s lifestyle, personality, and confidence.

To me, beauty is never one-size-fits-all—it is personal, expressive, and deeply connected to how you feel when you look in the mirror. My goal is always the same: for every guest to leave my chair feeling elevated, confident, and truly seen.

What I love most about my work is not just the transformation on the outside, but the shift that happens on the inside. There is nothing more rewarding than watching a guest light up after their service and walk out feeling renewed and empowered.

Outside of the salon, I enjoy traveling, experiencing new cultures, staying active, and spending quality time with my family. I also love discovering great restaurants and supporting other local business owners. Community, connection, and growth are values I carry into both my personal life and my business.

When I opened Belle La Vie nine years ago, my vision was to create more than just a salon, it was to build a space where guests feel welcomed, respected, and cared for at the highest level. A place where professionals grow, and every guest experience feels intentional and elevated.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of building lasting relationships with incredible clients, many of whom have become like family. I am deeply grateful for every person who has trusted me with their hair and their confidence.

In my travels, I moved to Maui, Hawaii to become a Pilot but the Universe had something else in store for me, and that’s where I got inspired for the Art of Touch. Helping others was my life calling. Certified in Neuromuscular, Therapeutic, Myofascial, Hot Stone, Lymphatic Drainage (post Lipo surgery), Professional Teeth Whitening and coming soon Cupping. Now licensed 14 years and I love every minute of it. I attended Cortiva Institute and graduated with honors. Massage for me is a way of life not a luxury. Taking time for ourselves is very imperative to living a life of less stress. Being consistent with monthly massages helps to reduce anxiety, stress, increases blood flow and overall mental, physical, and spiritual relief.
